Well, I can't believe it, but Sammy had a really good lunch today. David and I had eaten spaghetti the night before, so I decided to see if Sammy would eat any for lunch today. We had tried some a couple of months back, and he had no interest. But, that was when I was trying to feed it to him on a spoon, and I learned the hard way that if it is chunky in anyway, that he will not take it on a spoon from me, he has to do it himself. So, I put some on his highchair tray, and cut it up, and he just ate and ate! It was not only awesome because he was EATING (which he never does) but it was also REALLY cute. He had spaghetti everywhere. So, of course, I had to capture the moment. I will post some pictures of this momentous occasion. I just hope that he keeps this eating trend up!

So cute, looks like he is loving it and how exciting he is eating!!! I can feel your relief just reading this. Is that the high chair you attach to a chair? We have that and love it! Any feedback on how it is as they grow?

Whoo Hoo Sammy!! Well of course he's going to eat something messy mom - he's a boy! :-) Really, that is so exciting and I'm so glad things are better. Keep finding messy meals and maybe he'll eat them just so he can play in them. I bet that spaghetti felt so cool between his fingers. Now you'll have to do mac and cheese, goulash, raviolli, pretty much any noodley meal and I bet he will just keep going and going. That picture is sooo cute too - hope you have a lot of spray and wash and 409! The mess is well worth it! When is your next appointment to check his weight?? Oh, those photos are adorable! The OC in me cringes at seeing the mess, but I best get used to it! And either way, it doesn't matter - he ate! And he liked it!! WAHOO!!
