It’s simply astounding how many things in life can be improved by physical fitness. A strong, well-nourished and well-rested body leads to a longer, healthier life and an improved perspective on the world. Your physical wellness is interconnected with all other aspects of wellness, just as the body cannot be separated from the mind, the heart or the soul.

Make it a priority to establish good physical habits in your own life as early as possible, and your children will follow your example. Teach them the importance of exercise, regular sleep, doctor's visits and healthy food by interjecting fun and humor wherever possible.
