Ok, I have been digging around and reading everything I can find on the difference between buying and making my own baby food. As many of you know, Regan is on a pretty good eating schedule and I can only imagine how much more expensive it is going to get and I'm worried about the nutrients he's getting. I thought about making my own baby food but wasn't real sure how/where to get started. I came across this website that has free downloads of menus, cost comparissons, recipes, I mean EVERYTHING you could have questions about!! I love it, it's all right there, no more searching!! I have decided to go ahead and make the food myself, this site convinced me so I had to share for any of you other gals that were having the same struggle!

This is an AWESOME website - thank you for sharing! I love the cookbook I use, but am always looking for more ideas. I'm going to hold off on moving Noah to the next "stage" until he's closer to 7 or 8 months (since he started on solids so early), so this gives me some more options. I like the idea of switching up the grain...we've got oatmeal, and I'll pick up some barley too, just to keep things interesting.
Thanks!
This is great! I know Lorelai won't been eating real food for a while but I'm a planner and it is great having the resources.
